Guests are offered a centralised reception where they will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. After check in, guests will be escourted to De Waterkant House. Our staff can also assist with tours & adventures.

We also offer our tourism and travel trade clients the service of a dedicated Central Reservations office, offering specialist advice on all our accommodation options.
