BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rates are quoted per unit per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%.
All Rooms, Studios and One Bedroom units are inclusive of breakfast for the first 2 persons.
Village & Life reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of payment is due on arrival.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
In the event of a cancellation within 30 – 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of a “no-show” or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
Our check-in time is 14:00 and our check-out time is 11:00.
The owners and management of Village & Life cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
